about the sweet stuff

We are a private cake studio located in Bastrop County at the Cedar Bend Events venue. We proudly serve the greater Bastrop and Austin areas.

Our cakes and confections are created with the finest quality of fresh ingredients. We believe whole-heartedly in the slow food movement and offer organic and local cake options to our customers. Everything is made by hand, from scratch, and baked fresh, while steering clear of preservatives, partially hydrogenated oils and other additives.

I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts of Austin with a concentration in Pâtisserie and Baking. I absolutely loved school and was Summa Cum Laude of my class.  I have worked in the food and beverage industry for more than 10 years. I have a passion for food, especially the sweet stuff. Above all I enjoy being able to put my passion to use to help people enjoy the special times in life, whether weddings, birthdays, or just a time out with family and friends.
